Cannot add connector apps

Hey,

Autodesk Construction Cloud doesn't allow me to add any apps. Once I install and activate connectors, it encounters an error. Can you help solve that? Appreciated

We have just eliminated the need to install the Data Exchange connector app. Can you check your Rhino Connector (or even other Data Exchange Connectors) if you're able to see your project in the Save To UI and Load UI? I'm noting down detailed steps.  Do let us know the result. 

1. Launch Data Exchange Connector.
2. Go to Create Data Exchange.
3. Go to Save to.
4. Click the Refresh button (residing near Project dropdown)
5. In the project dropdown, you must be able to all ACC projects you're member of. 
6. Click Load Data Exchange.
7. Click the Project dropdown.
8. Switch Account.
9. You will able to see all the accounts you're a member of.
10. Select the account.
11. In the project dropdown, you must be able to all ACC projects you're a member of from the selected account
