RFQ email - design access

The email we get when a RFQ is submitted, contains a link to the actual model "Open the model in Configurator 360".

It seems that this link only works, if you are an administrator. Can anyone confirm this?

Is it possible that Authorized users can get access? Not to the RFQ page in Administrator interface, but just to open the model if they have the link from the RFQ email?

IIRC you should give them admin access for that. What you could also do is to create an interface for your other users and make them open the ikms files themselves. This can be done with creating a web interface.

I can confirm that only admin-users can use that link.

You can kinda work around that, by building your own web UI, as Tolgay suggested.

Or you can add more Administrators by purchasing additional subscriptions or by upgrading to an Unlimited subscription (be sure to use the same Autodesk "contract").
