thanks for the explanation... so it's only 9's though? Or it is keying off a string of numbers that are a certain digit long? or something else?
Just trying to understand it, so I can avoid this in the future
edit: I suppose I can sleuth this out, it looks like it is just any 11 digit number

I don't understand how the feedback is being collected and managed these days
Don't feel bad, nobody else does either.

Well, after posting here the other day, I think I see how things are intended to be done now.
It seems very unintuitive though.
I think there is one glaring issue:
It is a departure from the way forums typically work, and in particular it is a departure from how these forums work
It seems obvious that this change was made to for the convenience of some (small) number of people, without considering the impact it has on the ( large number of) Autodesk customers.
The impact on the user experience of this change seems very poorly thought out. ![]()

It was explained here at some point in time, but as you say, that's not how forums work.
Can you imagine if I ran my help desk like this? Everyone put your issue in this ONE ticket, just keep piling it on, one on top of the next. How would the technicians ever keep track of what is done, what still needs to be done, etc. etc.? The only reason we would do such as thing would be if we did not want the tickets.
For the past couple of weeks, I need to log on multiple times a day, even though I have checked 'Keep me logged in'.
Not for my software, but for things like looking at the Forums or my dashboard, etc.
This is very annoying.
It's a long standing bug which nobody seems to be in any hurry to fix. That it's still a problem blows my mind, but they're completely deaf to it.
FWIW, I've noticed two things. 1) It seems to occur less often if I wait a few beats before scrolling the destination page. 2) It doesn't actually log me out. I can often just go back and hit the same link and get in.
Join the rather large club. I'd estimate that it's been about a year for me.

Well, I know is quite an old feature/issue now... 2 years? But since nobody bothers to fix it, so this is me writing this...
Say, there is a new thread, nobody has replied yet. I open it and READ the question. And since I have something to say, I click into that super quick reply field saying "Reply to the topic". So I do write something smart... and hit REPLY.
Then when I get back to the topic listing page, I see that particular topic seems UNREAD. Since there is - still - only my reply, what that suppose to mean?
Does the developer tell me that I should read my own reply? Why?? Does he think that I have something wrong with my reply? I could check that, but I think he is wrong. Everything seems alright to me, so why then?
