The Expert Elite program recognizes leaders around the world who make exceptional contributions to the Autodesk Community, including answering questions; encouraging and guiding other community members; creating content; participating in events, and sharing insights.
Autodesk Expert Elite members exemplify several key characteristics within community. These are:
- Experts in Autodesk technologies - Expert Elites have advanced, hands-on knowledge of Autodesk tools and are recognized as speakers, content creators, innovators, and thought leaders in their area of expertise.
- Passionate about Autodesk - Expert Elites care about Autodesk and the industries they serve and give back to support others, help shape tools and technologies, and advance progress in their fields.
- Leaders in the community - Expert Elites are leaders in their communities—sharing knowledge and insights to help others succeed and dedicating their time to be mentors and community builders.
Begun in 2012 with just over 60 members worldwide, this group has grown to 313 members in 42 countries across the globe. Our Expert Elite members contribute to the Community in a variety of ways, and we want to share a few recent examples to celebrate the great work our members are doing.
Brian Haley has been a member of the Expert Elite program since the beginning, and has been active in the Autodesk Community Civil 3D forums, and has been a speaker at Autodesk University six times since 2013. Brian also hosts a monthly series on his YouTube channel C3DPlus – Civil Chat. His latest video on this awesome playlist was released on March 3, 2026. Be sure to follow Brian on this channel as well as his LinkedIn profile for more great tips and fun Civil Chats!
Kristina Youngblut became an Expert Elite member in March 2023 and has been visible with her unique energy signature in several places since then, including but not limited to The Big Room community and LinkedIn. She has also been active at Autodesk University, hosting or participating in six classes or panels, and volunteering her time and energy in several Community activities such as Meetups. This month Kristina contributed another post to the Autodesk Community Blog on The Responsibility of Progress. Be sure to follow Kristina for what I’m sure will be many more contributions in the future.
Dzan Ta has been an Expert Elite since August 2015 and has spoken at Autodesk University two times. Dzan has also written at least eleven articles for the Autodesk Community blog, and is active on social media channels such as LinkedIn. Dzan is always willing to step in and help the Community, and is recognized this month for a Community Blog article he wrote in February around Autodesk’s involvement in the 2026 Olympics and Paralympics. His contributions are always insightful and worth the read; be sure to check them out for yourself.
