Working with table template for reports

Hello community!

I come across with a very simple question. 

Every time I create an aligment or pipe report, I have to modify the table content to match it with what I really want to show and therefore wasting too much time. So the question is,

Is there any way to use my own excel tables templates for the Report Manager section?

Please try Project Explorer for Civil 3D. This is a newer tool that is available as part of the AEC Collection. One of the many capabilities of Project Explorer is the ability to create custom, reusable AutoCAD tables and reports. Here are two videos that explain its capabilities very well:
