Corridor targets are add as layers from Xref, whole layers not just a polyline of layers. When I add polyline to layer on Xref, C3D automatically refresh targets and add new polyline (on the same layer) and I can rebuild corridor and it's all done.
This functionality was considered for the new corridor targeting workflow we added in 2022.1. We were not able to incorporate it in time, but it is high on our list for future enhancements to the targeting workflow.
@TimYarris Thank you very much. I think it's a big step for Corridor in C3D. I tested new workflow and this targeting for layers. Works well right now. But I have question why it's not working with xrefs and is it possible to add this layers targeting to xrefs layers too. 🙂 Thank you, all best
@kidznok I'm happy to hear you are having success with the new corridor targeting workflow. Targeting XREF layers is still a work in progress. We hope to incorporate that in a future version of Civil 3D.
