Style Reference Templates cause display issues in x-refs.

As discussed here, when a style reference template is attached to a source drawing, the x-ref created displays the layers of Civil 3D objects incorrectly. This is unfortunate as I have found style reference templates to be extremely useful.

I had also posted about this issue, both in the forums and as a defect.

It's a great concept, just needs more work.

I'd really like to put this feature to use, but this problem is preventing me from doing so in my firm.
