Structure label attachment in Profile

We need to get additional attachment options for labels added to structures in a profile view.

These options should not be global for the whole drawing, but within the style. Each style of label is required to attach to a different place.

I suggest these options at a minimum:

On the structure:

• Top Left
• Top Centre
• Top Right
• Middle Left
• Middle Centre
• Middle Right
• Bottom Left
• Bottom Centre
• Bottom Right

On the Profile View:

• Top of Grid
• Bottom of Grid

I guess also keep the current "Structure Dimension" attachment option, which I currently use to get labels attached to the bottom of the grid.

(No way currently to get some label attached to the bottom and others to the top of the grid, without changing a global setting.)

Civil 3D recently added a bunch of label anchor locations for Pipes, but Structures didn't get the same additions.  We could really use these plus Rim and Bottom locations in profile view.  The global anchor option in the settings is not helpful at all.  Anchor location control should be given to the label style, just like every other label style in Civil 3D.
