Slope Stake Report - Through XREF

It would be awesome if we could run the slope stake report through an xref. Currently you can have your sections in one file, but then you have to go into the corridor drawing to run the slope stake report and create sample lines again. This sucks big time. 

Thankfully I've already programmed a solution to provide for this, pending some testing of course. I've attached my revisions to the report. Everyone, including Autodesk, feel free to use the attached code. I'd prefer NOT to have to update the report code for each year's release and add it into the reports I create for others.

There was an issue where the stupid COM API would throw an exception if a pipe cross section was contained within the list of sections. A revised code that handles this case may be found here: http://blog.civil3dreminders.com/2015/04/slope-stake-report-through-xref.html
