Is it possible to have dimensions, text, leaders and mtext plan readable exactly like labels are in Civil 3D?

I have multiple tabs with view ports at different rotations but the same scale with dimensions and mtext in model space so sometimes the text is upside down. If dimensions and text could be made to be plan readble as in the Civil 3D labels this would be very helpful.

Yes this is a great idea. Wish that dimensions, text, leaders and mtext had a plan readability setting, so if you rotate your viewports using DVIEW and TWIST option the text would rotate, similar to Civil 3D Annotation - Notes.
