Pipe Network Advancement

It would be incredibly helpful to have the option to change the default values set by pipe networks rather than utilizing project explorer/the panorama to make mass edits after creation.

For example, the 'Pipe Flow Direction Method' defaults to "Start to End", a system toggle under the Edit Feature Settings to set this to the "By Slope" option feels pretty intuitive

Yes, yes, yes, and yes, votes for this one.  We always change the default to "By Slope" so the "IN" and "Out" labels work correctly, nut you have to do this once the pipes are drawn, and you can't even change them all at once.  You have to do them individually.  Project Explorer is the quickest way, but it still needs to be able to be made a default.
