When creating a Civil object, you always have the option of creating a new layer directly via the object layer using a base layer + suffix/prefix. But if you want to move a Civil object to a new layer afterwards, this is very tedious.
If the "Obejctlayer" button could also be selected in the properties of an existing Civil object, this would make the change to new layers much easier.
