When creating a sample line group there is an option for setting the lines to the desired layer, but not for the layer names. They are always set to zero layer.
Similar situation for those cases...
Creating a data shortcut reference for a profile there is no option for setting the alignment and its labels to the desired layers
Creating an alignment there is no option to set the labels to the desired layer
Creating a profile there is no option to set the profile labels to the desired layer
