Please insert the background mask functionality found with multiline text (MText) into the multileader content box. The background mask with multileaders extends too far beyond the edges of the text itself and therefore obscures more than is necessary. We engineers must either sacrifice crucial detail underneath the background mask or explode the multileader and use an MText box loosely attached to a leader using (QLATTACH) to display critical design information on our plans. The lack of a dynamic leader makes reorientating them unnecessarily cumbersome.
