Make it easier for students to use Autodesk products

So I have students who created an Autodesk account, were verified as college students, went to get products, downloaded software, and they are not given an option to sign in and use the software.  The only options are use the trial version (30 days) or activate with a serial number.  I have sent Autodesk several messages asking for help and have not gotten a reply.  That's why I am filling this out so maybe someone will get this message and reply.

I logged this issue with our licensing team as LPS-987.

Hi @jeff.lewis . Our licensing team recommended trying the following workflow:

1. Close Civil 3D
2. Restart Civil 3D (at which point they should see the Let's Get Started dialog box.)
3. choose SIGN IN option, and sign in using the Autodesk account the student created initially.

If that does not work, they asked if you would please provide the following information to help them troubleshoot the problem:

1) A screenshot of Let's Get Started dialog box.

2) A screenshot of the Civil 3D About box.

3) Verbose log from clean status

Would you be able to let me know if you've tried the workflow mentioned earlier? And if so, can you provide the information listed? Our licensing team is waiting for this data so they can proceed with troubleshooting the issue.
