Why do we have to do this workflow when this should be automatic?

When we add a "line" type profile label about grade, that label should appear in each sheet in the middle of the line (the portion of the line in that sheet).
And when we split a profile view or we are doing the plan production, why do we have to add a profile label set for each Profile view individually? Why can´t we treat it in a single command to add profile labels?
