Improve "BasicSideSlopeCutDitch" in the stock subassemblies.

In the stock subassemblies there is, "BasicSideSlopeCutDitch", but it could have more parameters.

Boolean input parameter (Yes/No)---  Ditch in Fill.  (now it is only for cut).

Material (pavement) on the ditch  (shape) to calculate concrete material.

Mininum length of the ditch. (longitudinal).: For example, I don´t want  a ditch if it is less than 3 meters in the cut.

Sometimes, there is ditch in  the fill zones:

(the gray line is the outside ditch) and the green lines are the fill slope.

Moreover, when we will check (all) the stock subassemblies of Civil 3D in our own with SAC?
