Fix Hatch Pattern Display Order in Pipe & Structure Profile Styles

Hatch patterns displayed in profile views as part of a pipe or structure style draw on top of the pipe and structure walls.  As far as I know there is nothing in the style to fix this and there is no sensible workaround.

It appears to be a known issue from way back.
