Feature line glyphs should be visible no matter what layers are turned off or on.
When isolating the feature line layer to edit elevations, glyphs do not appear as they should when using Feature Line Quick Elevation Edit in version 2017 and later. You can still input an elevation or slope, but have no idea which point you're clicking on. The current "solution" is to ensure the 0 layer is turned on. In previous versions the current layer has to be on for the glyphs to display, not specifically the 0 layer. Having the current layer on is not an issue, as the layer you isolate is automatically switched to become the current layer. Isolating a layer only to have to turn to the layer manager to turn on Layer 0 just to edit elevations is horribly inefficient not an acceptable solution. Can we at least go back to the way it was pre-2017?
Turning off High Quality Geometry or turning off Hardware Acceleration altogether does not fix the issue.
