Extract corridor featureLines: with arcs.

Extract corridor featureLines: with arcs.

When we extract some corridor featureLine, each segment of the feature line is a tangent though we have arcs in the alignment of our corridor.

There are some operations to filter vertex of the FL, but I would like a new method to specify the start and end station of the arc to remove automatically all vertex among these stations.

Sometimes, it is an issue if the FL which we use for grading doesn´t have an arc.

Maybe, dynamic operations to filter vertex of the corridor FL.

In Civil 3D 2017 there is an option to smooth feature lines when they are extracted just like the alignments are currently. Also in 2017, there is an option to keep the extracted feature lines dynamic to the corridor.

This is also an option in Civil 3D 2016 with Pro Pack 2 installed.

It will be also usefull to be able to target in a featureline inside the corridor without lossing its dynamic link with the corridor.

Also the feature lines  to be smooth not only when they extracted but also when they are in the corridor.

And in some cases where the connection between different regions is wrong to be able to manually correct them.

I just tried extracting a corridor feature line with Allow smoothing turned on and it didn't work the first time with Dynamic link also turned on. When Dynamic Link was turned off and Allow smoothing turned on, the first time the feature line was created with arcs. After that initial extraction, I have been unable to get a feature line that's actually smooth even with the settings selected.

There's a screencast showing it not working.
