Corridor Shrinkwrap Boundary Region Options

Corridor Shrinkwrap Boundary Region Options

In past versions of Civil 3D, corridor shrinkwrap boundaries would apply across gaps between regions. This was useful for designing transitions between sections of channels or other linear features while maintaining the dynamic boundary while optimizing the corridor's design and layout. The latest version of Civil 3D has changed the shrinkwrap boundary to isolate every region. Could there be an option somewhere to change it back to the old way of shrinkwrapping, where the space between regions are kept for transitions in the surface instead of having to manually bound a corridor surface?

Thank you for posting this idea. We are researching some better ways of doing corridor transitions that could eliminate the need for this option. Please stay tuned.
