Build surface from point cloud classification and other classification controls.

When using point clouds it would be useful to be able to build a surface by classification. For example If I've classified ground points and points representing storage piles, it would be nice to surface these separately without having to create two separate recap files or slice up the surface after creation. Also It would be useful to be able to turn off specific class and view the cloud in it's scan colours rather than it's classification colours.
