Add possibility to import and reference Point file formats

Please add the ability to import or reference point file formats by improving the commands: ImportStylesandSettings and AttachReferenceTemplate.
Currently, the custom point file format must be placed in the template file or dragged and dropped from the template to the current drawing (Toolspace>Settings).
