Better support for new screen ratios and custom scaling

I find both Civil 3D and Infraworks quite frustrating to use on my laptop, which has a 16" 16x10 ratio screen.

Civil 3D 2023 keeps jumping whenever I switch views, open a viewport etc. Infraworks doesn't support custom scaling which I think is ridiculous. It is the only application I have that doesn't.

I think the 16x10 ratio should be better supported as I believe this will become the normal ratio screen for future laptops.

Thanks for reporting this, @m_kingdon . This seems like a defect. I'll ask our QA team to have a look.
