Alignment Change Reference Point - Change Button

I have never met someone new to Civil 3d who knows what this button does.  Change it to more of a standard looking button like OK, but with the text "Change Reference Point".  I have had people going to this page, using math to change the start station value to get what they want, but don't know this button is available.

Thanks, @brian.strandberg . There's a tooltip to indicate the function of the button, but I get your point about it not being intuitive. The tricky part with text buttons is we have to make them large to accommodate translation into other languages.
