Add User Arrow to the list of arrow types for leaders in Civil 3D styles

Please add the User Arrow option to the list of arrows available for leaders in Civil 3D styles > Dragged State tab similar to what is currently available in AutoCAD dimstyles.

Adding the ability to use user defined arrows will allow for possibilities such as those described in this blog post by Jaiprakash Pandeyo.

This is exactly what I've been needing available. I can't believe after 9 years (since this suggestion) they still haven't implemented the user arrow option.... Or provided a file location where you could add your own blocks that become part of the options list.
