Adding the possibility to have a "tag" input parameters in subassemblies so that we can manage tags instead of seperate input parameters

So let say we've got 50 assemblies with all different width but as soon someone adds a value attached to that named tag it will update for all the same tag name input parameter

It's a bit like label in Inroads
