Add the Alignment Description to the layer name automatically

It is possible to add an Alignment name to the layer name by using a suffix modifier and an asterisk " * ".

It would be useful to have the Description field copied automatically by some sign or code into the layer name (usually, the description describes the official Road Name, so it may be convenient to have such a layer automatically):
