Add an option to stop object snapping to anything outside of view window

I often get annoyed with objects snapping to something offscreen like point 0,0. (I understand that I can just right click>none or turn snaps off. I'm not looking for a work-around, I'm hoping to suggest an improvement)

What if there were something in the options menu to make it so you never snap to something that is outside the view on screen? Even if the default is that this option is set OFF.

I have never been in a situation where I have wanted to snap to something that is outside what I am looking at, and there is the option to deselect objects outside of the view window when doing a fence command, so why not something similar for snaps.

(I also realise this is a base AutoCAD change but I didn't see an option for submitting ideas to that)

I voted for this, but would want it to be an option. There are times that I want to snap of screen.

You are correct that there is no place for core AutoCAD ideas.
