For the Dutch guidelines I suggests a way/solution to create a single transition curve option between a curve (rather great R-value) and a reverse curve (relative small R-value). In the current design options there always asked for 2 transition curves (in and out) to create a reverse direction. This creates a greater length (curve combination) than design technical needed.
The workaround we now use is to create a fixed transition curve before the reverse curve, but a fixed transition curve is not the dynamic way we would design our road alignments.
