To eliminate the yellow notice you need to update the intersection and rebuild the corridor.
I suggest to ignore this message because your corridor regions and targets will be recreated and next time you open your file you get the same notice. Because the intersection is dependent on the offset aliments and profiles. I think the offset alignments are recreated when you reopen the DWG and this sends a message that the intersection is out of date. I think its safe to ignore the yellow notice.
