Just got a new computer at work running Windows 11 and Civil 3D 2021. There's an issue with the graphics, either graphic card or Windows 11 related. I've attached a screen shoot where you can see the Properties bar has like a ghost text and color issues. This is basically on anything with a pull down bar (like if I go to CUI settings). Some completely black out. Our IT guy is working on trying to figure it out but I thought I'd check here as well. He has the same computer and same setup, but his is not doing this. The one difference between the two computers is he was able to completely remove the old Windows graphic card when he installed the Geforce Experience card. Mine keeps reinstalling the old card on restart. This could be the issue.
