Hi,
>> here is the problem....
Which problem?
- alfred -
the window for my autocad. It was full screen, the x to close it was up near the right hand corner..
if I open a new dwg, it wont fit full screen, that is even as big as the other blue bounded window......
C3D 2017 ON WINDOWS 10
Dual monitors from a laptop
it has worked for 2 months
I have tried
set properties in short cut run: maximum
tried taskbar 0 then 1 and back again.
tried cleanscreen on and off and on etc
thankyou
Pretty sure you just need to pick on the Maximize button in the graphics window and not the most upper right one.

Just click here, then the drawing-window is maximized within AutoCAD:

nope. what's worse is everytime I open a new dwg in one session the window is smaller at maximize....
