Why there is a gap in Corridor.

please if any one know why there is a gap in corridor, even from where the first region is ending the next region is starting at same station.

Start the next region at a station .01 away. If you use the same as the last station in the previous region, that station is where the assembly is placed, leaving a gap until the frequency is met for the next assembly.

Can you share the file? Maybe add a frequency point where the intersection starts.

I agree, sharing the file, or a  portion of it would go a long way to figure out why.  It could be that the software doesnt like the transition between assemblies, or perhaps the break point is at a very odd station and it just isnt creating a frequency point right at the beginning of the new section.
