View Button Does Not Display for Export 3D Model/Block as KML File

I am trying to export a 3d model (turned block) to a KML file. I used the command EXPORTKML and went through all the necessary steps. I was able to view my 3d model in Google Earth correctly. Then, I tried exporting a larger model. When I click the export button at the end of the workflow, but I never get a "View" button at the bottom of the window. It doesn't even show the status bar anymore. In the bottom right corner of the screen, it shows it's processing, but the status bar is not displayed in the Export KML dialog box. I've tried everything since then; rebooting my computer, changing the models, signing in and out of autodesk... and the View button still will not display.

Is a kml file created even though the view button does not display? What all is in this larger model that you are exporting? 

If you post the file, I'd be happy to try to export it myself.

I'm not sure how, but it had defaulted to exporting a .kmz file. I changed the extension to ".kml" and it started working again.
