Update Notifications for Civil 3D and Raster Design

In the start tab Notifications say I have 2 product updates but when I go to Update there are none listed when I go to the App. Running Civil 3D 2019 with Raster

Updates are always posted here for the software you are allowed to use if you have been given access to do so by your license manager (not one here can change that for you) and your log-in is the correct one for the license number you are using https://manage.autodesk.com/cep/#products-services/updates

BTW, the start page may be just plain wrong too.

Can you give me the exact versions of Civil 3D and Raster Design?  It will help to know if they are fully up-to-date and if the notification is wrong.

Using Civil 3D 2019 and Raster 2019, no updates showing up in the App but in the Notification area in the Start Tab it says in the Yellow box "You have 2 product updates." And a number one above the Yellow box to the right of Notifications.

Can you type ABOUT at the Civil 3D command line and share the version information? Did you last install updates manually or through the desktop app?

 Product Version: 13.0.613.0 for Civil 3D 2019

My Civil 3D  shows

13.0.863.0 Civil 3D 2019.1 Update

P.162.0.0 AutoCAD 2019.1.2

22.0.022.16 Autodesk AutoCAD Map 3D 2019.0.1 Update

AutoCAD Architecture is 8.1.48.0 AutoCAD Architecture 2019.0.1 so there is likely an update available.

So it appears that there are some updates available. If you start plain AutoCAD does it show that it is fully up-to-date?

It shows the same updates for Straight AutoCAD

You may have downloaded an update but never installed it.
