Unlock Ambient Settings

Good afternoon,

Do you know how to unlock the ambient settings as per markup. I need this to match other drawings as it keeps pasting to new drawings extremely far away (working in metric).

I found this post that has a similar issue as you.

The original poster (OP) was also trying to unlock the ambient settings.
