Unable to load part family: Comms ducting multiway

Hi All,

I just got this error when doing a pipe network. No modifications have been done to the catalogs.

Any idea how I reset them please?

This usually happens if you are pointed towards the wrong pipe catalog (i.e. the one you are looking at doesn't contain these parts). Check the catalog your civil 3d is pointing to and see if they contain these parts

Thanks for the reply, it looks some how the catalog has got altered and even the refresh commend does not seem to bring in the pipes I used to have.

I'm afraid if their gone they are gone, only way to get them back is via another PC that has them or a back up.

Are they the BT chambers from the OTB UKIE country kit? If so you can download them again and put them back in, if they have been customised its more problematic as you would need to re customise them

They where the ones with Autocad civil, I can not download the country as the IT police will not allow the PC I use to connect to the internet hence I need to ask all the questions at home and print out and take to the office. If I could down load the country kit I can take in on a USB get it scanned and then upload. (do not ask my why they are like this)

We all have experienced over zealous IT departments at some point!

Tell them that the UKIE country kit is an official part of the software made by Autodesk and you need it installed. It's 100% legit
