Subassembly Composer Fatal Error

When I try to open Subassembly Composer for Civil 3D, I get Fatal Error.

How can I run Subassembly Composer?

One method:

Go to Control Panel and delete your version.

 

Re-install Subassembly Composer

Unfortunately, it doesn't work.

I do not know how to fix it.
