subassembly composer create perpendicular line to Existing Point

i am stuck creating a subassembly which should be for normal very easy. I fast realized that the offset link cannot be used for my intentions as it is static and not varable in slope and length.

i want to create a shotcrete wall extending to an existing surface thats why the height is variable. The shotcrete thickness is also variable. creating the first points with a line slope to surface is the easiest part, but what next? my formulae on my letter is ok, but i cant get the formulae into SAC. can anyone help out? please?
