Sub Assembly Composer - Variable Point Codes

I'm trying to create a Sub-Assembly that has point codes that will follow whatever i pick for the point code above with a prefix like the Stock C3D Lane Super Elevation Sub Assembly AOR.  So as an example if I pick Crown for P1 point then I  would like the P9 Point to automatically become Datum_Crown.  (see included screen shots)
