I need to recreate a HEC-1 hydrologic model. I am having trouble recreating the appropriate hydrology model. In HEC-HMS, I create a frequency storm, where I am able to enter the duration and depth associated with the storm. Is there an equivalent option in storm and sanitary? My PH card reads:
Blank Blank 0.85 1.830 3.690 4.420 4.890 5.820 6.840 7.920
In HEC-HMS, it translates as shown in the attached image.
