Shortcut folders disappearing

I'm creating folders for alignments under Data Shortcuts. But every couple of days they are gone, the alignments are just listed with no folders. I've re-created 3 to 4 times. Any ideas what causes this?

Definitely some good stuff in there. I'm on C3D 2023 and that was back in 2020. Guess it still happens
