My company is currently using Civil 3D 2024.4 and Autodesk Connector 16.9..1.2222.
We are having multiple problems with SSMFW. We have sheet titles and numbers handled by SSMFW, but they're not updating, or showing at all for some people. Publishing often fails.
I have users abandoning SSMFW. They don't use it to open files, nor to print. They want to put the SSM back on the network and only use it to create a Sheet Index.
I am incredibly frustrated because I can see how useful of a tool it would be, if it worked reliably. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong, or if the product just isn't ready for production use.
Are others having these problems, or are you using it without major issues? I'd love to hear some success stories about how companies are using SSMFW!
