I have tried looking for an answer for this however, I cannot seem to find anything in the forums. I may be describing this issue wrong too.
I am opening a set of drawings from 2017 in Civil 3D 2022. When I open them initially, all the sheets load however, there are unresolved XREFs that need to be fixed. Once the XREFs are fixed (change the path of one XREF and everything seems to fall into place), one sheet in certain sets of drawings do not open. We are checking other drawings and seeing if if there are any differences with the XREFs between the ones that open and the ones that don't open. We removed some of the XREFs (the title block had some issues so that was the one that was removed along with dependents of the title block) from the files that have sheets that do not open properly and they still do not load.
We think this is an issue with the XREFs because changing the path seems to break one of the sheets but we are uncertain. I have looked at the drawings that were printed back in 2019 to see if there are any physical differences between what is shown on the sheets however, I cannot see anything.
Of the files that do not load, there are 3, two are for a storm pond and the other is for sanitary under a road. Neither have overlapping views of anything (as far as I can tell based on looking at the drawings).
These drawings are meant to go for tender soon so any help is appreciated.
If you're using the Sheet Set Manager, maybe this will help: Right-click on the project header in SSM and Resave All Sheets.
