Select Similar not working with Featurelines.

In the past I've use SelectSimilar to grab the Featurelines I'd want to add to a Surface. They appear to be on the same Layer and in the same Site. Only difference is that some have names and some don't. I've checked the SelectSimilar settings and SysVar. I've Audited and Recovered the drawing. I've restarted Civil 3D.

Anyone have this experience?

BTW Civil 3D 2024.3

Quick Select by Site or Layer works.

While you did not mention it are they the same style as well? Try that and see if it matters

Yes. All the same Style. While this isn't difficult to work around. It means I have to adopt a different workflow. Another strange thing is that some commands make the Featurelines disappear. The only way I've found to have them reappear is to use my button that turns all the layers on and thaws them. Then do a Layer Previous.

I just did an End Object Isolation [UNISOLATEOBJECTS] and the Featurelines disappeared. A RegenAll didn't bring them back nor did an Undo.

Checked the layers again and noticed that their layer was off. It shouldn't have been off since I could see them on the screen up until the UNISOLATEOBJECTS command. Also if this was only due to the layer being off. Turning everything on and them doing a Layer Previous shouldn't bring them back.

And Holy Smokes now Select Similar is Working!
