Road Corridor Slope (daylight) hatch / style

Hi to everyone. I am wondering if there is a simple way to achieve a style for presenting the daylight at an embankment as in the picture below

I have considered to create a custom linetype, which i could apply from the code set style. The problem with that is that the embankment height is varying, so this can not serve my scope. Is there any other way? Maybe through hatch or something else?
