Elevation Table Level difference

I am looking for an answer, how to add level difference data in elevation table.

I don't think that you can use expressions in tables.  What you could do though is change the ranges of the analysis so that your table shows nice even steps, say 0.1 to 0.2 then 0.2 to 0.3 etc.

You might want to take a look at Project Explorer it will allow you to compare objects in C3D to achieve you goal, and allow for export to a ACAD table or Excel.
