Representing curb in surface using breaklines

Hello!

I am trying to model a curb in my surface (6in height, 8in width) using breaklines so it is properly displayed in my surface profile. It works fine at the feature lines, but between the two sides of the curb it dips down to the ground elevation again. I want to make it so that the entire area between the lines representing the edge of the curb is at the constant 6in above the ground elevation. How would I go about this?

Thanks.

Can you post your drawing?

Thank you for your response! I figured out how to do it using the "stepped offset" command and setting a feature line for both the bottom and top of the curb.
