Redraw deleted pipes from a reference network

So we just had an temp employ do a bunch of unnecessary edits to a few of our jobs, and I've been tasked with fixing everything he might have messed up. One of the things he did is delete pipes from various plansets that were referenced in from a base drawing. Obviously I could delete the network shortcut, and recreate it, but that would mean having to relabel the whole network.  Is there a way I can re-draw individual pipes/structures only from a shortcut network? The pipes he deleted still show up in the Network Panorama, but I don't see an option to insert or redraw anywhere.

I just tried this and I did "Synchronize" for the data reference and the deleted pipe came back.

Sync doesn't do anything, probably because the network is still in the drawing and up to date. It's just a matter of re-drawing the deleted pipes and structures. If I delete the whole network link, and re-link it everything draws fine. I just want to avoid extra work in fine tuning labels.

I figured it out with your help. If I delete the pipes from the Network (in the Panorama) as well and then sync, it re-draws them back.

Thank you.
